أطلق مركز “نحن نشارك” لتنمية المجتمع المدني في محافظة الزرقاء اليوم الأربعاء, مشروع (من المحلي إلى الوطني: تمكين الشباب نحو إدارة محلية مستدامة)، بالشراكة مع مؤسسة هينرش بُل.ويهدف المشروع لتعزيز الدور المحوري للشباب ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني في مسيرة التنمية المحلية وصنع القرار التنموي, ويركز على المساهمة في تطوير الإطار التشريعي للإدارة المحلية بما يتماشى مع رؤية التحديث السياسي في الأردن، ويشمل سلسلة من الأنشطة الهادفة إلى تقديم توصيات عملية لتحسين إدارة التنمية المستدامة على المستوى المحلي.وقال المدير العام للمركز محمود الصبيحات لوكالة الأنباء الأردنية (بترا)، إن المشروع يندرج ضمن توجيهات جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني في كتاب التكليف السامي للحكومة، حول الاستعداد للانتخابات المحلية المقبلة، مع ضرورة مراجعة وتطوير التشريعات الخاصة بالإدارة المحلية وتمكينها لتلبية الاحتياجات التنموية والخدمية للمجتمع على أفضل وجه.وأضاف “نسعى من خلال المشروع إلى تأسيس قاعدة صلبة للحوكمة المحلية التي تتماشى مع أهداف التحديث السياسي، ما يسهم في تطوير بيئة تشريعية تدعم المشاركة الفعالة للمواطنين في صياغة مستقبلهم.” مبينا أن المشروع يعد نقلة نوعية في مسيرة تمكين الشباب والمجتمع المدني، حيث يهدف إلى إشراكهم بفعالية في عملية صنع القرار المحلي. وأكد أن المشروع يطمح إلى بناء شراكات مؤثرة مع مختلف الأطراف المعنية بما يضمن الخروج بتوصيات عملية تسهم في تعزيز كفاءة الإدارة المحلية ورفع مستوى المساءلة المجتمعية.
