مؤشر الأداء:الصحافة ركيزة أساسية في بناء المجتمعات الديمقراطية

يعد احتفال العالم باليوم العالمي لحرية الصحافة فرصة للتأكيد على أهمية الحرية الصحفية كحق أساسي للإنسان والمجتمع. وفي هذه المناسبة، يسرّنا في مركز مؤشر الأداء كجهة مسؤولة عن إصدار مؤشر الحريات العامة في الأردن أن نعرب عن دعمنا الكامل لحق الصحافة بالتعبيرعن الرأي والتقارير الصحفية الحرة والشفافة.
إن حرية الصحافة تعد ركيزة أساسية في بناء المجتمعات الديمقراطية، وتعكس مدى صحة الحوار العام والنقاش الحر في القضايا التي تهم المواطنين. فمن خلال الإعلام الحر، يتم تمكين المجتمعات من التحقق من الحقائق ومناقشة الأفكار والقضايا بصراحة وبشكل شفاف ومفتوح.
إننا في مركز مؤشر الأداء ندعو إلى تعزيز حرية التعبير والوصول إلى المعلومات. ونؤكد على أن حرية الصحافة هي حق أساسي يجب حمايته وتعزيزه في جميع الأوقات وفي جميع الأماكن. ونشدد على أننا سنستمر في متابعة ورصد أي محاولات للتضييق على حرية الصحافة والتعبير.

The world';s celebration of World Press Freedom Day is an opportunity to emphasize the importance of
press freedom as a basic right for humans and society. On this occasion, we at the Performance Index
Center, as the body responsible for issuing the Public Freedoms Index in Jordan, are pleased to express
our full support for the right of the press to express opinions and transparent press reports.
Freedom of the press is an essential pillar in building democratic societies and reflects the validity of
public dialogue and free debate on important issues of concern to citizens. Through free media, societies
are empowered to check facts and discuss ideas and issues openly, and transparently.
We are at the Performance Index center advocating for the promotion of freedom of expression and
access to information. We affirm that freedom of the press is a fundamental right that must be protected
and promoted at all times and in all places. We stress that we will continue to follow up and monitor any
