مذكرة تفاهم بين مجلس الأعمال الأردني الأمريكي وجامعة العقبة للعلوم الطبية

وقّع مجلس الأعمال الأردني الأمريكي (JABC) مذكرة تفاهم مع جامعة العقبة للعلوم الطبية، بهدف تعزيز التعاون في المجالات الأكاديمية والطبية، وفتح آفاق جديدة للشراكات العلمية والمهنية بين الأردن والولايات المتحدة.

ومثّل المجلس في مراسم التوقيع رئيس مجلس الإدارة الدكتور طارق نجيب، فيما مثّل الجامعة رئيسها سعادة الدكتور أمجد الشطرات. وأكد الجانبان أهمية بناء جسور تعاون فاعلة تسهم في تطوير التعليم الطبي، ودعم البحث العلمي، وتعزيز فرص التبادل والخبرات بما يخدم الطلبة والقطاع الصحي على حد سواء.

وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن رؤية المجلس لتوسيع نطاق التعاون المؤسسي وترسيخ شراكات استراتيجية تسهم في دعم التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز الحضور الأكاديمي الأردني على المستوى الدولي.

Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Jordanian American Business Council and Aqaba Medical Sciences University

The Jordanian American Business Council (JABC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Aqaba Medical Sciences University to strengthen collaboration in academic and medical fields and to open new avenues for scientific and professional partnerships between Jordan and the United States.

The Council was represented at the signing ceremony by its Chairman, Dr. Tarik Najib, while the University was represented by its President, Dr. Amjad Al Shatrat. Both parties emphasized the importance of building effective institutional bridges that support the advancement of medical education, promote scientific research, and enhance knowledge exchange opportunities in service of students and the healthcare sector.

This step reflects the Council’s broader vision to expand institutional cooperation and establish strategic partnerships that contribute to sustainable development and strengthen Jordan’s academic presence on the international stage.
